Description
The slimming, drop-waist bodice is made of periwinkle, light blue and silver metallic brocade. The sweetheart neckline has thin taffeta straps and is edged with a tulle ruffle on one side for a perky fashion accent. The bust area is overlay with layers of tulle gathered at the center and decorated with small silk flowers. The short skirt is made of layers of lilac and periwinkle tulle creating an iridescent effect with little silk flowers dotting the surface.
